Limitation of Liability: Decals / Stickers
Vspaintball shall not be liable for loss or damages whether direct,
indirect, incidental or consequential. This means that Vspaintball,
its employees or owners cannot be held responsible or liable for damage caused by,
or as a result of application or removal of any decal or sticker to
any property, vehicles, any surface of any vehicle, people or other items.
This
includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, death,
paint peeling or fading, scratches, abrasions, or discoloration.
Vspaintball also cannot be responsible for damage caused by others as
a result of the display of any decal or sticker that may be offend or be offensive
towards others. Decals are installed at the customer's own risk.
