| Yes, we offer both die-cut and thermal printed decals. For the die-cut
ones the background is
whatever you put it on. This also goes for thermal printed decals that
are printed on clear vinyl. We can print on any color you
want. |

| Can I send check or
money order? |
| Yes!! For check or money order just click on the "Print an order
form and pay by mail" button and hit the check out button.
You will get to a page that tells you your total and to print the
page. You must print the page and send it with your payment.

| How long before you
send my decals? |
| Most orders paid with credit card or money order will be shipped
within 4 business days of receipt of payment. Orders by check will have
up to a two week wait to clear. Orders that include paintball
supplies may take longer. |

| How much for a
custom decal? |
| Custom decal prices are based on a per job basis. The longer a job
takes the more it will be. |

| What info do you need
to make me a custom decal? |
| For a text decal, we need the width, height, (which one is more
important). type of font, how many
lines, what color, and how many. For a graphic decal it would be best to
include a brief description and a black and white line art jpeg or
bitmap for a die-cut decal. For a full color decal we need a very
good scan of what you want or we can work something out. The
better the pic we get the better it will turn out.. |

| When will you be

| You will start seeing paintball stuff getting
put on the pages a little at a time. Email

up with the lights? |
The lights are a way of letting our customers know if we have a certain
product in stock.. Other paintball websites let you order
something that they do not have in stock.
THEN DO NOT EVEN LET YOU KNOW UNTIL YOU EMAIL THEM AND ASK!
With the lights you will know if we have it in stock.
IF THERE IS NO LIGHT, IT IS THE SAME AS A GREEN LIGHT!
- A green light means that we have it in stock and should ship
within 3 business days of payment being cleared.

- A yellow light means that we do not have it in stock but our
distributors should! Order should ship within 7 business
days of payment being cleared.

- A red light means that neither Vspaintball or our
distributors have it in stock, the price may also be out
dated. You should email
us to get an estimated time of getting the product in
stock and verify the price. We will find out and get back to you within 3
business days.

How long
will it take for me to get my order?
|
All Orders are shipped either U. S. Post Office First Class Mail,
Priority Mail, (should take 2-3 days) UPS 2 Day, Or UPS
Ground. If your order goes UPS you will be notified by
email. You can check the UPS
Ground Delivery Chart to get a rough idea of how long it will
take for your Ground shipment to arrive.
This amount of time does not include the time it takes us to receive,
process, package and ship your order.
